Hendrik Janßen is CISO at BIOTRONIK. He first became aware of IT security in 2010 while working on a semester project analyzing the Conficker worm. Janßen served as a soldier in the German Armed Forces most recently in the field of cybersecurity. From 2016, he was responsible for setting up IT Security at the Bauer Media Group before moving to BIOTRONIK in 2025.
