Alexander Kuehl is an award-winning cybersecurity leader with strategic management experience. His expertise lies in implementing and managing enterprise-wide Information Security Management Systems (ISMS), leading cyber crisis teams, and designing security architectures. As Chief Information Security Officer, he is responsible for the security strategy for Basalt-Actien-Gesellschaft and Rathscheck Schiefer, guiding executive boards and crisis teams through cyber incidents. Previously, as a Manager at Capgemini Invent, he advanced the security architecture for leading European companies. His expertise is demonstrated by 6 ISC2 certifications (including CISSP, ISSMP, ISSAP) and he was honored in 2021 with the ISC2 Global Achievement Award. In addition, Alexander is a sought-after speaker on major stages and serves as an Ambassador for ISC2 in Germany.
