Richard Werner

As Cybersecurity Platform Lead, Europe, Richard Werner drives Trend Micro's platform strategy on a European level. He advises customers, prospects and channel partners on risk and compliance issues and acts as a spokesperson.

He has previously worked as a business consultant, communicating with major enterprise customers and journalists and speaking on strategic issues. Werner, who has been with the company since 2000, has already held various management positions at the Japanese IT security provider in the technical area and solution sales. Among other things, he was head of the presales team and senior sales engineer.

Before joining Trend Micro, Richard Werner gained professional experience in the food and logistics industries.
