Through his leadership of the EMEA Centre of Excellence, Pax8 is advancing digital transformation worldwide. With over 30 years of experience scaling technology companies globally, Phylip has founded multiple businesses and served as Chairman and Director for several organisations. He is also the Pastor and Co‑founder of Calon Church and serves on various boards. Outside of work, he enjoys supporting small business owners and spending time with his wife and three daughters.
