Stephan Schulz is Chief Information Security Officer at the Noerpel Group and is responsible for the strategic development of information security. His focus is on establishing a manageable and effective security operating model encompassing governance, security operations, IT business continuity management (BCM) and incident response. In doing so, he combines a management perspective, operational feasibility and practical experience gained from the transformation of an established IT and security organisation.
