Sumeet is a global keynote speaker, delivering talks on cyber security, technology and risk. He was formerly awarded Australia’s Emerging Leader of the Year. He is an enterprise risk and security leader with 15+ years of experience, helping businesses become resilient so that they can efficiently respond and recover from incidents, exceed regulatory expectations and reduce risk exposure. This has covered the EU, UK, US, Asia-Pacific and ANZ markets.
Sumeet is a Chartered Accountant and a Certified Ethical Hacker and has built cyber and risk functions in financial services as an interim Chief Risk Officer working closely with the Board and regulator. He has also been a representative Sector Lead, promoting bilateral trade among nations in the education sector.
